There were 45 tough questions arising out of the Media Law Cases of the past 12 months. It may be that Mr Pell’s reputation for encyclopedic knowledge put off some potential contestants. 15 01 2013

QuizIn response to a number of requests from perplexed readers, we are granting an extension of time for submissions of answers to the Inforrm media law quiz of the year. A number of distinguished media lawyers have told us that they are unable to answer a single question.  If true, this demonstrates a lamentable failure to read Inforrm over the past year.  The blog contains straightforwards answers to a number of the questions.   Read the rest of this entry »

Regular readers will have noticed that we have not, in fact, had much of a break this year.  This has been, in large part, due to the two main “media legal” stories of the summer: Royal Privacy and the preparations for the publication of the Leveson report this Autumn.
